We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, compassionate individual to join our team as a Technical Project Coordinator.As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will ensure the implementation, configuration, and successful operation of our corporate/end-user technology at a new healthcare facility. You will coordinate IT endeavors, skillfully navigating the intricacies of project management. You will seamlessly coordinate diverse elements, rectify technical glitches, proficiently oversee digital communication channels, and implement time management strategies with the finesse of a seasoned professional. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Guide technical projects from start to finish using monday.com to deliver on time and within budget, hitting all the right notes.
  • Unite cross-functional teams, create collaboration while laser-focused on project objectives. Align resources and escalate unresolved gaps.
  • Guide the project, highlight risks, lay out options, and drive the best outcome.
  • Be proficient at using monday.com for progress tracking, resource allocation, and risk management and coach others to do the same.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels – from gathering insights to updating progress and leading meetings.
  • Identify risks, strategize solutions, and communicate them using your project management toolkit.
  • Understand the unique nuances of small businesses and tailor your project management strategy accordingly.
  • Always tuning processes and methodologies to amplify efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a solid grasp of software development cycles, web tech, and IT infrastructure, especially within the corporate environment.
EXPECTATIONS:
  • In this role, you will bring structure to the fast-paced and constantly evolving landscape of healthcare technology, where precise timing is essential.
  • Ability to be adaptable to changing requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Have solid problem-solving skills.
  • Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work predominantly on-site with occasional travel within central Pennsylvania (less than 10%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook (M365 suite), Digital Phone Systems, Digital Conferencing Systems, and related cloud tech for collaboration.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
  • Maintain compliance with all Gloria Gates CARE standards, including Conduct, Compliance, and all other policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Understanding the technological needs of healthcare facilities and staff, and how to integrate these into project management, is a valuable plus.
